The Project:

"Transfobuilding's " project aims at transfer the results of two Italian products.

The first project is financed with the contribution of INTERREG program called "CO.GI.TO.'s Project". It is based on method's development of competence assessment and self-assessment obtained through non formal means.

The second one is a project financed with a contribution of the joint inter-branch fund for the constant training  FONDIMPRESA called "Competences' Repertoire" and based on method's development for the identification, description and competences' certification obtained through formal means.

Two products' transfer will be assisted.

In that way, "Transfobuilding" wants to support competences' validation and transfer at European and transnational level within building sector, in order to foster the free workers movement.

Addressees:

Potential  addressees are active workers and in the building sector they are not transition people by a training system to another and people by informal and non formal learning situation to a formal context.

Execution's mode:

The project foresees 4 Workshops planning that will be held, respectively, in the following Nations:

Workshop no. 1, Belgium:

It has the aim to gain the project's philosophy and modalities for the applicability of the models to transfer.

Workshop no.2, Germany:

It has the aim to apply the contents to transfer and to prepare people in charge to assess and the responsible of Institute.

Workshop no3, Italy:

It has the aim to test the model's applicability and prepare the results' diffusion through next workshop.

Workshop no.4 Italy:

It is directed to advertise the results outside the partnership net, involving Working Classes, Public Administration, Training Centers and School Houses.

Duration:

The project will last 24 months overall ( from November 15^th 2007 to November 14^th 2009).
